พระพุทธกิติสิริชัย ชาวบ้านเรียกกันว่า หลวงพ่อใหญ่ เป็นพระพุทธรูปที่ทางคณะสงฆ์วัดทางสายร่วมกับชาวบ้านสร้างขึ้นถวายสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯพระบรมราชินีนาถ เนื่องในวโรกาสที่ทรงเจริญพระชนมายุครบ 5 รอบ โดยสมเด็จพระสังฆราชสกลมหาสังฆปรินายกประธานถวายนามว่า “พระพุทธกิติสิริชัย” ประดิษฐานอยู่ด้านหน้าบนยอดเขาธงชัย เป็นพระพุทธรูปขนาดใหญ่ ปางสมาธิแบบคันธาระ ศิลปะอินเดีย ลักษณะประทับขัดสมาธิดอกบัว หันพระพักตร์ออกทะเล สามารถมองเห็นไกลๆ ได้จากหาดบ้านกรูด ชาวบ้านมักเรียกกันว่า “หลวงพ่อใหญ่” สร้างขึ้นโดยชาวบางสะพาน เพื่อน้อมเกล้าฯ ถวายแด่ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ในวโรกาสที่พระองค์ทรงเจริญพระชนมพรรษาครบ 5 รอบ

การเดินทาง

1. รถยนต์ : จากกรุงเทพเดินทางด้วยถนนเพชรเกษมผ่านจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ผ่านเพชรบุรี ผ่านหัวหิน ผ่านประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ผ่าน อ.ทับสะแก จนถึงหลักกิโลเมตรที่382 จะเห็นป้ายบ้านกรูดเพื่อแยกเข้าทางคู่ขนานผ่านจุดสังเกตปั๊ม ปตท. แล้วเลี้ยวซ้าย มาตามทางประมาณ9 กม.

2. รถโดยสาร : นั่งรถประจำทางกรุงเทพฯ-บางสะพาน ที่สถานีขนส่งสายใต้ใหม่ จุดลงที่ปากทางบ้านกรูดและต่อรถประจำทางหรือมอเตอร์ไซด์เข้า

3. รถไฟ : จากหัวลำโพงกรุงเทพฯ ขึ้นรถไฟสายใต้รถเร็ว หรือรถด่วนพิเศษ โดยตรวจสอบว่าจอด"สถานีรถไฟบ้านกรูด" จากนั้นต่อรถรับจ้าง

Phraphut Kiti Sirichai Or Luang Por Yai is the gigantic buddha image that was buit by Wat Thang Sai together with the local people with the intention to offer to Queen Sirikit on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's 5th Cycle Birthday Anniversary. The name Phraphut Kiti Sirichai was gave by Vajirañāṇasaṃvara, the patriarch. It is gigantic meditation attitude buddha image in Indian style. It was buit by Bang Saphan's people with the intention to offer to Queen Sirikit on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's 5th Cycle Birthday Anniversary.

Journey

1. By car: From Bangkok, use the Petchkasem Road, passing Samut Songkhram Province, Phetchaburi, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Thap Sakae District until you can see the sign indicating Ban Kood, use the frontage road passing the PTT Station, then turn left for approximately 9 kilometers.

2. By bus: Take the bus route Bangkok-Bang Saphan from Bangkok Bus Terminal Southern, get off at Bang Saphan; and take the motorcycle taxi to Phraphut Kiti Sirichai.

3. By train: Take the trom Bangkok Train Station, get off at Ban Krut Station, and take the hackney to Phraphut Kiti Sirichai.
