อ่างเก็บน้ำยางชุม เป็นโครงการชลประธานขนาดกลางอยู่ในความดูเเลรับผิดชอบของโครงการพระราชดำริใน รัชกาลที่ 9 เพื่อการเเก้ไขปัญหาความเเห้งเเล้งในหน้าร้อน และน้ำท่วมในหน้าฝนให้กับประชาชนที่อาศัย เเละทำการเพาะปลูกในบริเวณบ้านยางชุมและโดยรอบ ปัจจุบันมีสภาพสวยงามสามารถใช้เป็นที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวเเละประชาชนในพื้นที่อีกด้วย
