อุทยานแห่งชาติกุยบุรี เป็นแหล่งต้นน้ำลำธารสำคัญของจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ มียอดเขาสูงสุดสูงจากระดับน้ำทะเลปานกลางประมาณ 989 เมตร และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกลุ่มป่าแก่งกระจาน เป็นพื้นที่ป่าอนุรักษ์ที่มีความหลากหลาย เป็นถิ่นอาศัยที่สำคัญของสัตว์ป่าหายากหลายชนิด และมีสัตว์ป่าที่สามารถพบเห็นได้ง่าย โดยเฉพาะ ช้างป่า กระทิง วัวแดง นกและผีเสื้อนานาพันธุ์ มีความสวยงามโดดเด่นเป็นเอกลักษณ์ จึงได้ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ รวมกับชมรมท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์สัตว์ป่ากุยบุรี หมู่บ้านรวมไทย มีลานกางเต็นท์และบ้านพักไว้บริการสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว
เดินทาง: จากกรุงเทพฯ ไปตามถนนเพชรเกษมก่อนถึงที่ว่าการอำเภอกุยบุรีประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร ถึงหลักกิโลเมตรที่ 290 แยกขวาเข้าทางหลวงหมายเลข 3217 ผ่านบ้านยางชุม เข้าโครงการเขื่อนเก็บน้ำยางชุม เลี้ยวซ้ายก่อนถึงโครงการฯ ไปตามทางเข้าหมู่บ้านย่านซื่อจนสุดหมู่บ้าน เลี้ยวซ้ายอีกประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตรถึงที่ทำการอุทยานแห่งชาติ (ระยะทางจากกุยบุรีถึงที่ทำการอุทยานแห่งชาติ 35 กิโลเมตร)
Kuiburi National Park is an important watershed of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The highest peak is about 989 meters above sea level and is part of the Kaeng Krachan forest. It is a forest with diversity in nature with habitats of many rare wildlife species. Animals that are commonly found are also in this area such as wild elephants, bulls, bantengs, birds and butterflies. The forest is uniquely beautiful. Therefore, the national park promotes ecotourism together with Kui Buri Ecotourism Club, Ruam Thai Village. There is a camping ground and accommodation for tourists.
Journey: From Bangkok go along Petchkasem Road about 3 kilometers before reaching the Kui Buri District Office. At 290th kilometer stone, turn right onto Highway 3217, pass through Ban Yang Chum. When entering Yang Chum reservoir area, turn left before reaching the reservoir and follow the road to Yan Sue Village to the end, turn left for about 2 kilometers to the National Park Office. (Distance from Kui Buri to the National Park Office are 35 kilometers)
